Eligible Player Participants MUST live in Franklin OR be enrolled in a Franklin Public School. There are no exceptions per league rules.
Families must choose the Volunteer Fee when filling out the registration. This is a refundable fee of $75, and requires a minimum of Three (3) hours of Volunteer time (per family) per season. This must be paid before your Registration can be processed.
