* 7th GRADE: MONDAY-WEDNESDAY-THURSDAY FROM 5:30PM-7:30PM
* 6th GRADE: MONDAY-TUESDAY-THURSDAY FROM 5:30PM-7:30PM

AAYFL Practice Rules

Sec. D.2a - “Prior to school starting, unlimited practice is allowed.”
Sec. D.2b - “After school is in session, a maximum 6 hours per week are allowed”.
Sec. D.2c - “Prior to contact work (hitting with equipment), each player must have 10 hours of supervised non-contact practice.”
